    Instead of using TASCAM recorder you can simply connect the boom pole microphone to the camera ( if it is DSLR) to simplify the job … what do you think about this ?? plzz reply

    here is the video I want to see …how to use old video shot on a mini dv and make it look good I have some old mini dv’s and want to teach the kids in the neighborhood about film with out subjecting expensive equipment to damage.

    Easy for you to say! Yours probably wouldn’t take as long and I have school, sports and besides I have everything I need for a movie so it’s just being wasted

    I’m sorry but standard definition is just not acceptable. Yes the camera doesn’t matter that much but it DOES when your film is in *blurry* 480p.

    You spent more on audio equipment than visuals because it’s the audio that makes the difference.
    Very true! I became the cameraman/director for a few weeks because we had to make a short film related to a school subject. At first I though our film was going to be boring because it’s so boring in the set, but when I already edited everything, threw in all the sounds and music and stuff, I was surprised at how it became pretty entertaining to watch! It’s still pretty much crap but without a doubt sounds did something to it!
